Our Award Ceremony

All profits raised are donated to the selected charities/non-profits.

Over 350 business people are expected to attend a fabulous evening of recognition and celebration.

All of our guests will be provided with the following:

  • A champagne drinks reception upon arrival
  • A 3-course menu with house wine or orange juice (menu confirmed soon)
  • Live entertainment from various live performers!
  • Inspiring Keynote from one of the UK’s Biggest Business Leaders – Inspirational Keynote Speaker Announced Soon!

It will be an evening of celebration with high-quality live band entertainment with a very inspirational keynote speaker.

This year's Thames Valley Business & Community Awards will be on Friday 28th February 2025 (4pm / 9pm) at the Hilton, Reading.

    Awards Officially Open—all guests make their way into the ballroom. The band are playing, and our hosts welcomes and addresses guests.

    Our hosts introduce Judges / Charities with opening game and introduced Judges
  • 5.15pm:
    Dinner Service Begins
  • 5.15pm:
    Live Entertainment Performances
  • 6.15pm:
    Our hosts runs another charity game giving you an opportunity to fundraise.
